ROTARY INTERNATIONAL THEME 2008 - 2009: This year, we have set ourselves an ambitious goal: to Make Dreams Real for the world's children by reducing child mortality.  I belive we can achieve this goal if we focus our efforts and work together.  But I also know that at the end of this year, there will be a great deal left for us to do to bring health and hope to all of the world's children.

WE MEET: Our club meets every Tuesday, 12 noon to 1PM at the Costa Mesa Marriott Suites, 500 Anton Boulevard, Costa Mesa CA.

MISSION STATEMENT: The Costa Mesa Rotary Club empowers its members though a spirit of fun and fellowship to partner with community leaders, service clubs and youth organizations to recognize the needs of the community at all levels - local, national and globally - and support the solution using the Four-Way Test and Rotary motto "Service Above Self" while embracing every race, religion, culture and creed.

If we are to reduce child mortality, in this Rotary year and for many years to come, we need to have Rotarians to do it.  Every project we do in water, health and hunger, and literacy helps create a better world.  Every project helps change the world, a little bit at a time.

And every project needs caring and capable Rotarians. Join us as we focus our efforts and work together to MAKE DREAMS REAL for the world's children!
